What if I forgot my password?

Have you forgotten the password for your Account? Then you can request it by following this link and clicking on 'Forgotten password'. Then fill in the form and you will receive an e-mail with a new password. You can then change it on your account page.

Which and how many e-mails do I receive from you?


We don't like a lot of unwanted e-mails either. Only essential emails like warehouse processing, shipping packaging and tracking details. Four or Five emails only within 20 days of the order. The last email is about the review over the product you have purchased.




How do I contact customer care?

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we don't have a minimum order value.

What information do I have to share?

You can register or checkout as a guest but in order to place an order we need your first name, last name, phone number (in case of any question), and email address ( For order update, tacking). Please note disposable emails and phone numbers are not accepted.

Do you charge for the delivery?

Yes, we charge a Delivery Fee.

Can I Cancel my Order ?

Prior receiving shipping confirmation, generally yes but for Cancellation and Refund refer to Terms & Conditions - Cancellation and Refund section

Ultimately, you can refuse the package and it will be returned back to the same warehouse. Refused packages are processed as general returns and are subject to restocking and handling fees.

How to place an order?

We do our best to make ordering as easy as possible. Go to the Product page and select available condition and add the item to your shopping cart. Extended warranty is not required and can be omitted. Then go to shopping cart and proceed with the checkout. 

We have several payment options and shipping methods. You can create a personal account with us and save your information on the site, which makes it easier for your next order. Below you will find more information about these topics.


Can I order without a account? Yes, procced with the quest checkout instead but it is recommended to create an account since customers can do a lot from their accounts, such as posting additional updates and comments to their order history, uploading images in case of damaged goods, or canceling orders and managing rewards points. 

The amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed?

The amount will be refunded back to your account. Refund takes up to 5-7 business days from the date of refund to reflect on your bank account.
