What if I forgot my password?
Have you forgotten the password for your Account? Then you can request it by following this link and clicking on 'Forgotten password'. Then fill in the form and you will receive an e-mail with a new password. You can then change it on your account page.
Which and how many e-mails do I receive from you?
We
don't like a lot of unwanted e-mails either. Only essential emails like warehouse processing, shipping packaging and tracking details. Four or Five emails only within 20 days of the order. The last email is about the review over the product you have purchased.
Where can I see my gift card balance?
You can view the (remaining) balance associated with the gift card on your account page.
