What is a "Hassle-Free" Return?
Our "Hassle-Free" return system enables our customers to instantly initiate the return process, receive a return authorization and seamlessly print the return shipping label at lower commercial rates. It allows our customers to save time and money when they decide to return the order. Please note that during "General Returns" restocking fee will still apply
"Simplified Return Policy"
Returns of no longer needed Items: Generally allows you to return the merchandise within 60 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued for the amount of merchandise paid minus shipping and handling charges. Credit is applied by the same means payment was made.
Return of Defective Items: Cetified-Parts.com allows you to return defective merchandise within 60 days of your purchase date. You may choose a product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. For defective items that were purchased 60 days ago, please refer to our store warranty policy.
Return Shipping Costs: You are generally responsible for shipping any returned product to the warehouse. If you exchange a defective product for a new product, Certified-Parts.com will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 60 days after your purchase date.
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will typically be processed within 2-5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. To return an item, go to the return page under my account section and submit the request.
